Our Customer Service Team

You're the boss and our Customer Service Team will make sure you get everything you need. Our Customer Service Advisors are managed by Jane, a qualified Dispensing Optician, who brings excellent optical and professional experience to the role. Our Team Leaders Carolyn and Katherine are highly trained in optics and lead their teams to deliver.

Our Dispensing Opticians

Our Customer Service Team is supported by experienced Dispensing Opticians. All our dispensing opticians are registered with the General Optical Council. Each order that we take is checked by one of our opticians, so you can be assured that we are taking great care of your eyesight.

Our Dispensing Opticians are also in charge of quality control. We ensure that each order is checked for glazing quality, build quality and cleanliness so you can be assured that you are getting a quality and great value pair of glasses every time.

Our Fulfillment Team

We have a whole host of people in our Fullfillment Team, making sure your glasses arrive in your mailbox faster than the speed of light. As well as handling the complicated logistics of dispatching hundreds of pairs of glasses every day, they also look after the stock (around 20,000 pairs of our amazing frames at any one time).

Our Technology Team

Derek, Marcel, Phil and David are the brains behind the website and all the technology that handles and tracks your glasses from the moment you type them into our website, right through to seeing the glasses safely dispatched to your home. Their programming has made things like CustomEyes possible. We have developed our own customer service software which allows us to sell glasses, and ensuring the highest standards of care at the same time.

Our Marketing Team

However you heard about us, the Marketing Team led by Phil made it happen. They make sure that Google loves us, that our ads look good, that our affiliate network is tip-top and that you get up to date newsletters and great money-saving offers regularly. Last but not least...

We also have a great group of people who help us keep the company running smoothly. Our Finance Team led by Robin makes sure we look after the pennies, ensuring we&quo;re managing our costs and passing on our savings to you. Juliet looks after us all. She is Head of Talent and does a great job at spotting people who can add something to our business, while also looking after those of us that already work here and making sure we&quo;re well trained, happy members of the team.
